Bob Bryan back on practice court

It’s been a long nine weeks since Bob Bryan, the lefty Bryan twin, underwent hip replacement surgery.

Slowly but steadily, he’s progressed and from volleying tennis balls against the door inside his house (probably did this as a kid, too), to hitting and moving on court.

He looks pretty good.

The 40-year-old has watched as his twin won Wimbledon the the US Open with Jack Sock (they lost their opener in Shanghai Wednesday).

Bryan is documenting the rehab on his Instagram account. It’s … well, you have to really motivated to go through all that.
