Hingis handling retirement just fine

Now that it’s really over for 37-year-old Martina Hingis, who retired for good last October, she’s doing just fine.

Actually, Hingis is still No. 1 in the doubles rankings. And given the more than 3,000-point lead she and former partner Latisha Chan have over the rest, she’s likely to still be No. 2 after the Australian Open.

Chan has almost no points to defend from a year ago, and should jump ahead of her.

But while the rest of the tennis world is passing out in the Australian heat, Hingis hit the slopes in Flumserberg with a very handsome fellow.
