Nike wastes no time with Nadal


One thing about the behemoth that is Nike: their ability to have all the marketing material prepared just in case one of their sponsored players does something big is off the charts.

Just a few hours after Rafael Nadal won his 16th Grand Slam title Sunday in New York, they already had a big billboard up near Penn Station celebrating it.


And as Nadal did the media rounds afterwards, he already was sporting a T-shirt with the dates of each of his 16 major titles on the back.
